Normally, purchase items will arrive within 2-4 business days (Jabodetabek, Banten & Jawa Barat area) and 3-10 business day (outside Jabodetabek, Banten & Jawa Barat area) upon order payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders made after 3pm will be processed on the next day and orders made on weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Order deliveries will be made between Monday to Friday.
DOCTOR SERIES bears no responsibility for goods signed for by someone other than the designated recipient.
DOCTOR SERIES is not responsible for damage after delivery.
We do not ship internationally. If you wish to ship an order internationally, please visit our international portal at www.doctorseries.id for a list of countries that accept eCommerce orders.

Once your orders have been picked up by our assigned logistic company, tracking codes would be available and you can track the delivery status of your orders via the link below:

Items marked “out of stock” are not available for online order.
If your item is suddenly out of stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss how you would like the order handled.
If the products are damaged during the delivery, you are allowed to issue a product exchange or refund through our Customer Service. The final decision regarding your request depends on the shipping company policy.
If you receive a defective product or a wrong product, you may issue a product exchange or refund.
All product exchange or refund may be done by contacting our Customer Service through email support@doctorseries.id
. State your transaction id, explain the condition & attach a photo of the product you want to exchange/refund on your email. All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on 1×24 hours after product delivered.
Placing an Order
To review what is available to purchase, simply browse the online product catalogue. When you have arrived at the item you wish to order, click on “Add To Bag” and then decide your requested quantity. When your order contains the item quantities you wish to purchase, please login to continue to the next step or register if it is the first time to make a purchase online. You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment (credit card/bank transfer) information.
Once you have paid via credit card/bank transfer your order will be immediately processed online. Once your credit card/bank transfer details are verified by Veritrans, we will pack your order and deliver it to you.
All orders are subjected to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
